Service coverage
Delivery is available to supported destinations across Kenya. Availability for a specific town, area or handover point is confirmed with the order before acceptance.
Dispatch process
Orders are prepared for dispatch on business days, normally within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery expectations
Nairobi deliveries are normally expected within 1–2 business days after dispatch. Other supported Kenya destinations are normally expected within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timing is an operating estimate and can move when access, weather, public holidays or carrier routing affects a destination.
Missed or unsuccessful delivery
Make sure the confirmed phone number can be reached during the delivery window. If a delivery attempt cannot be completed, Navirel or the delivery service may arrange another attempt or an alternative handover. Additional delivery charges may apply when a new trip is required because the recipient was unavailable or supplied an unusable destination.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Report visible damage, a missing item or an incorrect item within 48 hours from delivery. Keep the parcel and product packaging and provide clear photographs where relevant so the issue can be reviewed.
Payment note
The final product total, delivery fee and available payment method are confirmed when Navirel accepts the order. Do not send payment until those details have been confirmed for your order.
