Storage principles

Keep Berry Day B12 in its original pack and follow the storage directions printed on the product label. Keep the pack closed when not in use, away from unnecessary moisture, direct heat and strong sunlight, and out of reach of children.

Handling approach

Orders are prepared as packaged consumer products. Packs should remain sealed and protected from crushing, moisture and excessive heat during handling and onward delivery.

Fulfilment flow

1. Order availability, price and destination are confirmed.
2. The order is prepared on a business day.
3. The parcel is handed over for the supported Kenya delivery route.
4. Delivery follows the timing shown on the delivery page.

Dispatch overview

Orders are prepared for dispatch on business days, normally within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery timing starts after dispatch rather than from the first enquiry.
