Website use

This website is operated by Navirel Nutrition Kenya Ltd. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, availability or content. Product information is provided for Berry Day B12 and should be read together with the information supplied on the product pack.

Orders and acceptance

An enquiry or selection on the website is not an accepted order by itself. A purchase is accepted when Navirel confirms product availability, the final price, delivery fee, available payment method and the order details. Navirel may decline an order when stock is unavailable, a destination is unsupported, payment is not completed as agreed or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Price and payment

Website prices are in Kenyan shillings: 1 pack KES 1,650; 2-pack routine set KES 3,100; 3-pack routine set KES 4,500. Delivery is charged separately at KES 250 within Nairobi and KES 350 for other supported Kenya destinations. The available payment method and final payable amount are confirmed before the order is accepted.

Delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Nairobi delivery is normally 1–2 business days after dispatch. Other supported Kenya destinations are normally 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may move because of access, carrier routing, weather or public holidays.

Returns, damage and order issues

Unopened and unused products in original sealed condition may be submitted for return review when Navirel is contacted within 7 days of delivery. Damage, missing items or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours. Full conditions are set out on the Returns & Order Issues page.

Intellectual property

Website text, brand presentation, graphics and original site materials belong to Navirel Nutrition Kenya Ltd or are used with permission. You may view the website for personal use but may not reproduce or commercially reuse its protected materials without permission.

Responsibility and limitations

Navirel is responsible for supplying an accepted order in line with the confirmed order details. You are responsible for supplying usable delivery information, being available for the agreed handover and following product directions. Nothing on this website is a promise of a particular wellness or performance outcome.

Changes to these terms

Navirel may update these terms when website features, prices, fulfilment practices or commercial conditions change. The date shown at the top identifies the current website version.
